Dan & Lorraine Wilson
Founder & President
Since the beginning of our 38 years involvement in cross cultural missions that started in 1986, Lorraine and I have lived as residential missionaries in Zaire(87,88) as mission printers and in Kenya(91-99) as the Awana Africa Regional Coordinators. Upon our return from Africa to the USA, I served for several years as the Africa Director and Director of Church Planting for Global Missions Fellowship where I gained valuable insights and experience into planting churches cross culturally.
Lorraine, a registered nurse and wanting to continue ministry with me, trained and joined me as a trip coordinator then became medical director of our multi-faceted Africa trips where she recruited and directed free medical clinics in remote places. Our combined passion for formally training national church planters then multiplying our ministry through our Discipleship Centers and our desire to lead diverse teams on short term trips gives us a fantastic platform to allow others to see how God is working around the world through evangelism, discipleship and church planting.
Currently they live in Plano, TX and have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Joe Michael & Eunice Kamau
The Rev. Joe Michael Kamau, better known to all of his friends as Joe Michael, has been involved in ministry for over 45 years.
As a small boy growing up in Uganda and son of an itinerant Baptist evangelist, Joe Michael would travel with his father to preach the gospel where ever and whenever he could. After he surrendered his life to serve the Lord, Joe went to seminary so he would have the necessary tools to serve. He has served with Trans World Radio as one of their primary radio preachers, been on the board of the Baptist Convention of Kenya and Baptist Seminary and now is XPONENT Ministries Africa Director!
Joe Michael and his incredible wife Eunice have 4 grandchildren from their 4 adult children who are all saved, serving in the church and walking with the Lord. Eunice is a professional counselor and together they serve as a strong team, dedicated to the expansion of the Kingdom.
Samuel & Tabitha Kamau
Rev Samuel Kamau was ordained into ministry in 2003 after attending a local Bible school in Western Kenya. He first met our Africa Director, Rev. Joe Michael Kamau in 2006 on a church planting mission and became his disciple in training. Samuel and his wife Tabitha relocated to northern Kenya in 2008 as God gave him a vision to reach the northern regions of the country for Christ. Samuel became Xponent's Kenya National Coordinator in 2012 and soon became our East & Southern Africa Director enabling all our African countries to remain faithful and true to our vision. Currently Samuel is also assisting the President in all international training. They have two girls at home, Favour, and Priscilla.
Dale Arand has been involved in cross-cultural ministry on and off for many years. He has a desire to see people come to faith in Christ and develop them into fully functioning disciples. He attended Denver Seminary and has written several theology inspired books.
After hearing what Xponent Ministries' mission and vision is, they were thrilled to be appointed in January 2024 as Xponent Ministries's first new staff: our Liaisons in the Philippines and S.E. Asia! Liberty grew up in the Philippines so for her to serve "back home" is a dream come true. Dale also is formatting all of our Xponent discipleship manuals.
They have 2 children at home who are both saved and growing in Christ!

Vasily & Lena Dmitrievsky
Greetings! We are Vasily and Lena. We are involved in disciple-making ministry through evangelism, training, teaching, short-term mission trips, and synergizing the ministry of the local national churches. We have served in Russia since 1992, and, by God's grace, the ministry has gradually grown beyond one country to include the USA, the Middle East, and Europe. Currently, we focus on helping Russian-speaking refugees and churches in Europe, as well as outreach to Jews in Israel. Our vision is to see lives changed through the gospel and to train strong disciples. Thank you for joining our support team in the gospel of Jesus Christ through prayers and giving. You do not simply support us. Together, we empower local churches to bring Jesus to people who need Him most.
